Food has always been a huge part of my life, whether in a positive way or a negative one. I have learned over the years how to overcome poor eating habits, and enjoy healthy foods. I have been vegan, vegetarian, and hugely carnivore. I have to say, while most difficult to maintain, due to today’s society, maintaining a vegan lifestyle is the one that suits me best.
Our health and wellbeing physically, impact our health and wellbeing mentally. I will share recipes, or just plain old food porn from time to time. I love using food as a creative outlet, but I detest spending loads of time slaving away in the kitchen. I gravitate towards quickly, easy, and reasonably healthy meals. I am happy to share what works for me, and my family.
